A trip to Jones Hole National Fish Hatchery is a summertime favorite outing and the hatchery loves to have visitors. One thing to note, however, is visitors are encouraged to bring plenty of drinking water with them. The water will be shut off at the hatchery today, tomorrow and next week. Hatchery Manager Travis Anderson shares that the hatchery is currently working on a construction project that includes replacing the fire hydrants at the hatchery and the public drinking water is shut off during the construction. Portable toilets will be available to visitors and there will be bottled water available in the hatchery visitor center from 7am to 3:30pm each day. The construction project runs today and tomorrow and then Monday, July 31st through Friday, August 4th.
