Memorial Services for Evelyn Y Harmston, age 75 of Vernal, the wife of the late Colin Harmston, will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 12:00pm. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:45am ~ 11:45am all at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. Please wear red to celebrate Evelyn and her beautiful life.
Interment will be in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
