Ashley National Forest has informed the public of an upcoming campground concession opportunity. For those potentially interested in the management of multiple campgrounds on the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area and Ashley National Forest, site visits have been scheduled. The guided site tours are scheduled for July 10th and July 17th. RSVP is required but attendance will not affect the awarding of the permit. The Forest Service will release a formal prospectus next year to solicit proposals to operate and maintain the campgrounds under a special use permit.
