Roosevelt City has issued the call for construction bids for the Constitution Park Sports Complex. The project includes site grading and earthwork, approximately 1,000 linear feet of culinary water piping and appurtenances, fencing, 6,0000 square feet of concrete flatwork, 900 cubic yards of infield mix, sprinkler system, and 45,500 square yards of topsoil and sod and associated work. Bids will be received for 6 contracts: Schedule 1 Sprinkler System, Schedule 2 Culinary Water Piping and Appurtenances, Schedule 3 Earthwork, Schedule 4 Concrete, Schedule 5 Sod and Infield, and Schedule 6 Fencing. Bids are due June 1st at 11am. The pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, May 22nd at 10:00am at the Parks Department Building.
