If you have an interest in Flaming Gorge Reservoir then you’ll want to attend an open house tomorrow in Daggett County ahead of the boating season. DWR Conservation Outreach Manager Tonya Kieffer-Selby visited the Evans Family Media studios this week to share details of what to expect at the Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Open House from 6 to 7pm at the Daggett County Commission Chambers in Manila on Thursday. The important topics being covered include quagga mussels, ramp coverage and AIS boating enforcement for the Flaming Gorge and Northeastern Region. They will also be discussing installing a diptank at the Lucerne Marina in either 2023 or 2024 to aid in the fight against invasive quagga mussels. For more information, call 435-781-9453.
