You may have heard that a life-size replica of the Tabernacle from the Old Testament is coming to Roosevelt but new information has been shared on what a tour of the Tabernacle involves. The tour will begin at the welcome center that includes insights into the Tabernacle and the symbolism used throughout. When it is time for the tour, you are guided through the Tabernacle beginning with the Camp of Israel and through the Holy of Holies where the replica of the Ark of the Covenant is located before eventually making it back to the visitor center where there are displays. A tour lasts about 45 minutes and includes 9 different stations. This life-size historical replica started as a giant object lesson 8 years ago in California and now serves a traveling exhibit.
