Fridays will now be by appointment only at the Uintah County Clerk/Auditor’s Office. An announcement from the Clerk/Auditor’s Office shares that the change was needed due to an increase in passport applications. Those applying for a passport can help the process along by first visiting www.travel.state.gov and filling out the passport application electronically. It can then be printed out before coming to the appointment at the Clerk/Auditor’s Office. This website also has information on what documents to bring to the appointment and payment options. For additional information, visit the Uintah County website.
