Funeral services for Jo Ellen Dulen, age 81, of Arcadia, will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary. Viewings will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m.
Burial in the Roosevelt Memorial Park.
