Water is a hot topic in the west and Flaming Gorge Reservoir is a major player in the water planning managed by the Bureau of Reclamation. An in-person opportunity is coming up to hear from those making decisions and with an interest in the coveted waterbody in northeastern Utah as the Bureau of Reclamation is planning to hold a Flaming Gorge Working Group meeting in March. The Flaming Gorge Working Group is an open public forum for information exchange between the Bureau of Reclamation and the stakeholders of Flaming Gorge Dam. The public is encouraged to attend and comment on the operations and plans presented by the Bureau of Reclamation at these meetings. The March meeting will be held on March 16th at 10am at the Uintah Conference Center in Vernal and will be available virtually.
