Every day is just another day of the Vernal Rotary Club making a positive difference in the community. Last week the Vernal Rotary Club shared a highlight of one of their Mini-Grant Program recipients. “The Best Day Ever Learning Adventures LLC received a $2000 grant for the purpose of purchasing books and reading materials for their students ranging from Kindergarten to 3rd grade,” shared the announcement. “We had a great time visiting their amazing students and seeing their faces light up with the books they received. We taught them the 4 Way Test of the things we think, say and do and chatted with them about their favorite books. As some of you may know, basic education and literacy is one of the seven areas of focus we as a club try to contribute to in our community.” Learn more about the club’s Mini- Grant Program by attending an upcoming Rotary Club meeting.
