Looking to brighter days ahead, here are three area summer events now open for registration. Vernal City Manager Quinn Bennion shares that these events have become more popular the last few years and all three are expected to sell out. The Outlaw Trail ATV Jamboree starts May 31st and features dozens of guided tours to the area’s OHV trails. The Jamboree registrations are already over half full! The Vernal Rock Rally starts June 8th and grows every year. Phenomecon is Utah’s paranormal conference and is hosted at the Uintah Conference Center. The conference and tours will feature a variety of topics and speakers including cast from Skinwalker Ranch, Blind Frog Ranch and Exhibition Bigfoot.
