Vernal Theatre: Live’s annual Christmas production is a treasured tradition for many as they prepare for the Christmas holiday. This year’s production of The Forgotten Carols has been especially touching for many, including the team of people behind the scenes. Director Danni Harrison is someone who loves the creative process of storytelling. “I felt strongly to tell the story a bit differently, not to divert from the story itself, but to highlight what it would be like to actually be a part of these events,” shares Harrison. “The motto at the theatre is that theatre is about people and we tried really hard to not only be inspired by people but to inspire people.” The Forgotten Carols recounts the story of Christ’s birth as told by little known characters in the nativity story. There are some seats available for the remaining shows tonight, tomorrow, and Thursday, December 20th, 21st, and 22nd. Tickets are available on www.vernaltheatre.com.
