Legos might be the most universally recognized toy across continents and through numerous generations and Uintah County Library is maximizing the educational benefits that Legos offer. One such effort is something called “Lego Spike”. Spike is part of the Lego Learning System and “engages all students in thinking critically, analyzing data, and prototyping creative hands-on solutions for complex problems with real-world relevance.” Our area is in luck because the Uintah County Library has Lego Spike kits that can be checked out to help teach STEM elements.
