The Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the lawful owners of some very unique items. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Duchesne County Deputies are investigating a case regarding recovered items believed to be stolen out of a storage unit. “Items such as fossils, dinosaur bones and artifacts have been recovered. Items were located close to the border of Duchesne County. Deputies would like to return the items to the lawful owners.” Images of the recovered items are shared on the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page. Anyone with information regarding the recovered items are asked to call 435-738-2015 or Central Dispatch at 435-738-2424.
