Melvin Phillip Garcia, Sr., age 82, of Cheyenne, WY, passed away October 9, 2022.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary. There will be a viewing that morning at the mortuary from 9:30-10:45 a.m.
Burial will be in the Roosevelt Memorial Park.
