The Hospitality Committee in Uintah County is recognizing the faces of customer service in local businesses. The newest DinoSOAR customer service award recipient is Stefanie Henneberg, a server at the Quarry Steakhouse & Brew Pub. Stefanie is originally from Germany and is a licensed horse trainer and riding instructor. In addition to working with horses and riders locally, Stefanie began working at the Quarry in early 2018. She loves her job and enjoys welcoming people from all over the world to the restaurant. “For me,” shares Stefanie, “going out to eat in a restaurant happens only rarely and on a special occasion, so I understand that the time and money spent by the customer should be worth it.
