Hey last minute shoppers, are you looking for a unique Christmas gift for a loved one? The Uintah County Library has saved your day.
On Saturday, December 15th, from 1pm to 5pm
the library will host a “World of Words” event. Last May, eight local authors gathered to share advice, insight, and publishing tips as well as to sell their books. The event was so successful that they decided to make it an annual event. The second annual gathering of word wizards will feature Veronica Lawson, Bethany Wiggins, Joe De La Ronde, Myke Hall, Joe Jessup, Lou Dean, Erica Olsen, Shelbie Weber, and RanDee Redwillow. Doris Burton’s iconic books will also be available. This event is not just for shoppers; any authors, published or not published, should come and learn about publishing a book as well as anyone interested.
