According to Duchesne County Clerk/Auditor JoAnn Evans, as of Thursday they had collected around 3000 ballots which is about 38 percent. For election information, visit duchesne.utah.gov. In Uintah County, today is the last day before the primary election day for early in-person voting at the Clerk/Auditor’s Office. As of Wednesday, Uintah County had received 3,631 ballots.
