Lapoint Elementary Principal Don Heath has a lot of good to say about the resilience and grit of the school’s students and staff. One way the school keeps students motivated is each week Wolf Tags are given to students who are following the school’s five rules: Nice Words, Calm Body, Follow Directions, Nice Hands, and Finish Work. At the end of the week, students who receive a Wolf Tag get a color-changing Lapoint Elementary Wolf Pack pencil. They are also entered into a drawing to win various prizes and treats. “It has been amazing to see students work so hard and wonderful for our faculty and staff to celebrate our incredible students…We all work together for success and never give up on anyone,” Heath said. Great job to the hard working students of Lapoint Elementary!
