The people of ‘Friends Against Family Violence’ understand how important their work in the community is. They also understand the importance of connection, laughter, and having a great time. They have combined the two and are urging all in the community to join them for “Charity Comedy Nights” this weekend. Comedians Chuck Roy and Steven Young will present clean, family-friendly stand-up comedy that has been featured at the Great American Comedy Festival. FAFV Director Adam Gaus shares that in planning this event they reached out to a variety of comedians and were excited about Chuck Roy and Steven Young as they are passionate about the cause and will provide great nights of family-friendly comedy. All the money raised from the events will benefit people in our area utilizing the domestic violence shelter and services. Everything they do is 100 percent free and 100 percent confidential.
