The Outlaw ATV Jamboree in Uintah County was a success once again. This was the 4th year of sold out attendance and the 9th year for the Jamboree, shares Uintah County Travel and Tourism Director Lesha Coltharp. There were 700 riders with 450 machines from 14 different states. This event is known to give an economic boost to the community bringing in an estimated half a million dollars each year with visitors filling hotel rooms, eating at restaurants, shopping, and recreating. Even with the late snow melt on the forest and some storms passing through, the attendees were able to get out and ride every day. “Some trails they could not go as high as in past years but everyone still had an amazing time and the guides did a fantastic job with the changes if they had any,” shares Coltharp. “This couldn’t happen without our amazing guides, volunteers, and staff as well as Western Park for hosting.”
