During the investigation I seized Jon’s phone after a search warrant was signed by the judge,” continues the officer. “I searched the cell phone and located 348 child pornography images in a hidden file on Jon’s IPhone. Jon admitted to having a few images of child pornography during my first contact with him.” All the images were of young females, consistent with children under the age of 18, some in poses with adult males. Stewart indicated to the officer that the images had been downloaded within the last year. He was arrested and booked into Duchesne County Jail on December 5th.
