3 Uintah Region Winners at Sterling Scholar Contest

Uintah High School Sterling Scholars represented very well at regional competition this week. Following a full day of competition at UVU in Orem on Tuesday, three Uintah seniors were named Sterling Scholars for the Northeast Region. Heidi Daniel was named the Region Sterling Scholar in General Scholarship, Sarah Jones was named the Region Sterling Scholar in Computer Technology, and Lindsay Seitz was named the Region Sterling Scholar in Visual Arts. Four other Uintah seniors earned runner-up honors; Brenden Bodily in World Languages,
