It was another exciting and successful Rise and Thrive Business Speed Pitch Competition that took place at the Uintah Conference Center last week. The 1st place award went to Shay and Taylor Densley with Hopes Haven, an organization that uses horses to facilitate mental health therapy sessions. Hopes Haven received $12,000 dollars toward their business idea. The 2nd place winner was Nelly Gomez with Dino Clean with an award of $7,000 dollars. The 3rd place winner was Amanda Jenkins with Vernal Vineyard with an award of $4,000 dollars. The People’s Choice Award was presented to Ambryn and Brytin Jackson with their product Squeaky Soap. It was a fun and impressive evening for all the participants and those in attendance.
