It was a packed house yesterday at the Uintah Conference Center for the 2023 Uintah Basin Energy Summit and the event continues today. Uintah County Economic Development Director Travis Campbell says the Summit actually kicked off Monday with an industry field tour. “We’ve done field tours before,” explains Campbell, “but now we are establishing this as a standing opportunity during every Energy Summit for legislators, federal delegation, and agency heads in the Governor’s Office to come out and see it all first hand.” Today’s lineup continues with presentations from energy experts, industry partners, and government officials.
