The 2023 Gun and Knife Show held at the Uintah Conference Center was the biggest one yet. ‘Friends of Buckskin Hills’ members attended the Uintah County Commission meeting on Tuesday to report on the show’s success. Bill Lewis thanked everyone who participated and volunteered to help. They maxed out the Conference Center with 170 tables and a record 1,965 attendees. This was the 14th Gun and Knife Show since 2012. They raised a record $17,162 dollars and have made a total of $121,873 dollars since the event’s inception. All that profit is invested into the Buckskin Hills shooting range. With this year’s earnings, 10 new benches were ordered at $1500 each. The Commissioners thanked them for their hard work and all they continue to do for Buckskin Hills
