Roberta Rudd Hardy passed away peacefully at her home in Jensen, Utah on June 9th, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Roberta was born August 13, 1962 in Price, Utah to Arvin and Helen Rudd. The Rudd family was doubly blessed that day with twins, Roberta and Robert. It brings us great comfort knowing that Roberta and Robert are once again together to share their special connection. What an amazing reunion!

Roberta worked for many years as a manager for Walmart and as a pharmacy technician for Walgreens. She made many friends and has great memories from her associations.

Roberta’s lifehas been richly blessed through her children, D.J. Barker, Shanona (Brian) Johnson and Craig (Jacey) Barker and her beloved granddaughters who she adored, cherished and gave unconditional support. She loved her role as nana.

The last 20 years, Roberta shared her life with her best friend and husband, Mark Hardy. They have been very devoted to each other, creating a deep bond that carried them through this difficult time. Mark stayed by Roberta’s side and comforted her and celebrated with her as they rejoiced with each victory.

Roberta was an amazing woman who gathered friends wherever she went. These friendships have enriched her life. She was an example of unselfish love and gave of herself and her time to everyone, especially her family and friends. Roberta loved to bake, sew and quilt. She sent many extra treats with Mark in his lunchbox to share with all his crew. Roberta was the favorite Aunt and loved that title. She made many blankets and made sure all the new babies had a homemade blanket. It’s always the favorite blanket.
