Vernal City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding the whereabouts of 33-year-old Sye James. James is wanted on outstanding arrest warrants, reports Vernal PD. A no bail warrant was issued for James after he failed to appear at a hearing scheduled in 8th District Court on September 14th. Sye is charged with Aggravated Assault, a 3rd Degree Felony, in connection with an incident in January of this year.
