Tumbleweeds
. Director Andrew Bentley says the production will be “nothing like anything that has ever been done here.” The audience fueled show is hammed up with plenty of booing, cheers and laughs. While the audition does require brief solo singing, don’t be deterred just because you don’t consider yourself much of a singer. You do not have to be a singer to audition and this show is perfect for all who want to give Vernal Theatre: LIVE a try. The opportunity does come with fair warning, however, as Director Bentley says the actors are at risk of laughing themselves into a coma. Auditions are for anyone 16 and older at 7:30pm at the downtown Vernal Theatre. Come prepared to sing 16-32 measures of your favorite Broadway song.
