Roosevelt Man Killed in Single Vehicle Accident near Soda Springs, Idaho

A single vehicle accident on Idaho’s Highway 30 near Soda Springs claimed the life of a Roosevelt man early Friday morning. According to Idaho State Police, the fatal crash took place on July 5th at approximately 1:59am. 28-year-old Jacob Beutler of Roosevelt and his passenger, 36-year-old Drew McTavisch, were traveling eastbound in a 2018 Ram 2500 pickup when the vehicle drove off the left side of the roadway and rolled. Beutler was fatally injured while McTavisch was transported to the hospital. Our condolences to the family and friends mourning this loss at this time.
