Roosevelt Industrial Park Getting Facelift

Work is underway on road improvements in Roosevelt City’s industrial park on the west side of town. According to Roosevelt City Manager Ryan Snow, Mountainland Road and the surrounding streets were paved this week as part of the upgrade effort. “We are excited about this and hope it can bring more industrial business to town,” says Snow. “This is a good investment into our economy for future growth.” Even during the downturn, Roosevelt City has remained focused on making progress and improvements for the future of the City. Snow referred to last week’s aerospace industry events as an example of potential growth. The industrial park is the area that would attract business like that, explains Snow, so it is important that it is attractive to possible investors. The project contractor is Burdick Materials and the road upgrades to the industrial park will continue throughout October.
