Rock Springs Meth Dealer Arrested

The region is hopefully a little safer since the arrest of a major meth dealer in Rock Springs. According to the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office, 46-year-old John W. Samsel was arrested during a traffic stop during an undercover drug operation. Samsel was in possession of over 3 grams of methamphetamine, a digital scale, packaging materials and cash. Each of his charges related to meth carry a maximum of 20 years in prison, $25,000 dollar fines or both. The Sheriff’s Office thanked the public for their support and tips in this arrest.
