Police Ask for Public’s Help in Finding Missing Girl

Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a Rock Springs teen. According to the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office, 16-year-old Taylar Rae Haddock was last seen at her home on Antelope Drive north of Rock Springs around 6:00pm on Saturday, December 3rd. She was wearing dark grey sweat pants, a dark blue or black hoodie and black Adidas shoes. She is a white female with long brown hair and brown eyes, is 5’6” tall and weighs around 155 pounds. She has friends around Green River, Lander and Rock Springs she may be staying with. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office.

Kristin never planned to work in news radio but has thoroughly enjoyed being part of the news team at KVEL. Her love of literature and writing developed in high school which led her to study English Literature and Technical Writing at BYU. She received her BA in English from BYU in 2005 and studied at UVU in Orem for 2 semesters to become a Certified Technical Writer in 2006. Two months after completion she began her dream job of being a stay-at-home mom.  As mother of 2 energetic kids, she began writing from home for the KVEL news team in 2011 and considers it the perfect fit as a full time mom and part time writer.
