A new memorial is standing tall in Moffat County. The statue of a soldier has been placed near the Craig VFW. The memorial will eventually include lighting and flags as well as new landscaping. It includes the names of 30 Moffat County soldiers who died in WWII combat. The memorial will be dedicated in the spring for Memorial Day.
