Morgan began to abuse the girl when she was 12 years old and eventually Morgan focused his abuse on the girl’s younger sister. The sisters had an 8 year history with Morgan and were involved in the Duchesne County kidnapping and trafficking case. The new charges filed encompass the crimes that took place in Salt Lake County between 2006 and 2014.
