New BLM Utah State Director Announced

The Bureau of Land Management announced


on Wednesday


the appointment of a new BLM Utah State Director. Veteran BLM manager Edwin Roberson is transferring to the Utah position based in Salt Lake City from Denver where he served as Director of the BLM National Operations Center. Roberson has 37 years of experience working for the BLM and has held senior level positions in Washington, D.C. Now in Utah, Roberson will direct the BLM team that administers 23 million acres of public lands and 32 million acres of minerals and energy resources in Utah.
