Naples Police Place “In God We Trust” on Patrol Vehicles

National trends have not affected what Naples Police Department stands for. The organization has chosen to include a new decal stating “In God We Trust” on the back of patrol cars. “We have decided to go the extra mile and standout; back to the grassroots of our country,” shares Naples Police Chief Mark Watkins. “We have ‘In God We Trust’ on the back of our patrol cars and we are very proud of that.” Chief Watkins says there are many things going on in the department that he is proud of, especially the K9 program. The department’s bomb dog is getting trained and once certain equipment arrives, the Naples City Police Department will be prepared for any local bomb scares. For now, the nearest bomb dog and equipment is in Rock Springs or Salt Lake City. Thanks to the Naples Police Department for their continual progress and being willing to stand out and stand up for Basin values.
