Pat Vaughn called the KVEL studio this week for an interview on the Meet the Candidate Forum. Vaughn is running as the Democratic candidate for the Senate District 26 seat currently held by Senator Kevin Van Tassell. Her campaign information can be found at

. Vaughn has lived in both Summit and Wasatch Counties over the last 20 years. She emphasizes her qualifications in economic development having served under former Governor Jon Huntsman in the Economic Development department. The Meet the Candidate Forum started on May 7th and is being held select mornings from 8 to 9am broadcast on News Talk KVEL 104.5 FM and 920 AM. Eileen Gallagher for Senate District 26 will be interviewed on Monday, June 11th. Interviews will be rebroadcast weekday mornings from 8 to 9am through June 19th.
