Meet the Candidate: Jack Rubin for Senate District 26

Jack Rubin of Park City visited the KVEL studio this week for an interview on the Meet the Candidate Forum. Rubin is running for the Senate District 26 seat currently held by Senator Kevin Van Tassell. His opponents are Brian Gorum and Ron Winterton. Rubin explains on his website,

, that his run for Senate is motivated by his desire to use his analytical and leadership experience to keep the District and Utah the great place that it is. He was recently endorsed by the Ute Tribe. The Meet the Candidate Forum started on May 7th and is being held Monday mornings from 8 to 9am broadcast on News Talk KVEL 104.5 FM and 920 AM. The interviews scheduled for Monday, May 21st, are Joni Crane for Uintah County Commission Seat A followed by Mike Kennedy for U.S. Senate. Interviews will be rebroadcast every weekday morning from 8 to 9am starting Tuesday, May 29th, through Tuesday, June 19th.
