Few details are known about a homicide that happened at a home in Gusher early Saturday morning. One new piece of information from the original announcement to the public, according to FBI spokeswoman Sandra Yi Barker, is that the homicide was a shooting. The victim is a 28-year-old man and one person is in custody on tribal charges. The FBI and BIA are continuing their investigation and Barker says that the suspect is being held in tribal custody at the Duchesne County Jail.
