Fun and a good cause collide this Saturday at the Western Park in Vernal during the 24th Annual Home and Garden Show and Outdoor Expo. Split Mountain Archers are holding a fundraiser 3-D archery shoot to benefit 2-year-old Jamison Black who was seriously injured on November 3rd after being pinned beneath the bucket of a skid-steer. Jamison spent the next 7 weeks in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Primary Children’s Hospital. He has endured many surgeries with many more scheduled for this little cowboy. It’s going to take a full schedule of appointments to get Jamison back into the saddle and all the money raised during the 3-D archery shoot will go to helping with his medical costs. This is a fun shoot for all ages and any skill level. The cost is $10 a round or $25 for a family that includes kids under 13. The shoot will be set up in the small indoor arena on Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Call 435-789-1857 with any questions.
