A former Uintah County Republican Party Chairman has accepted a position as the new Finance Director for the Utah Republican Party. In addition to her time as the Chairman in Uintah County, Joni Crane was active in local politics and volunteered in many organizations including the Boy Scouts of America. As part of the announcement of Crane as the new state party Finance Director, State Republican Chairman James Evans called Joni a “pillar within the Utah Republican Party” that he looked forward to working with “because she is full of energy and great ideas.” Crane says the members of the party are the heart of the GOP. “Now is the time to extend goodwill to each other and set aside personal grievances and differences of opinion,” shares Crane. “Time is of the essence so please work with me in looking forward, promoting our party platform, and electing strong leaders of good character who uphold the conservative values of this great Country and in the blessed State of Utah!” Crane invites those supporting the Republican Party to donate to the cause at www.utah.gop/contribute.
