Fishing Changes Proposed for 2019 and 2020

Numerous recommendations are being proposed for the 2019 and 2020 fishing seasons and anglers are invited to share their thoughts on the proposals. If changes are approved, anglers will be allowed to use corn as bait at all of Utah’s waters, fisherman will be able to keep more lake trout at Flaming Gorge Reservoir, there will be a two-day possession limit statewide, and finally, anglers will be given a better chance of catching big channel catfish. Feedback can be given to Regional Advisory Council members through email. The full list of recommendations as well as how to contact RAC members is available on www.wildlife.utah.gov.
