Roosevelt’s 2016 financial audit was reported on during Tuesday’s City Council meeting. The report reflected a decline in revenue from 2015 and how the City responded. “[We] made sufficient cuts to maintain a positive net change in position for the City,” says Roosevelt City Manager Ryan Snow. The meeting also reviewed bids and various road projects throughout the City. Roosevelt has recently been focused on strategic planning for the City’s future.
