The Outlaw Trail Festival of the Arts is celebrating 20 years of brilliant photography with their upcoming “Boots, Buckles & Bling” Juried Photo Shootout and the deadline for submissions is approaching. Entries are being accepted Thursday and Friday, October 6th and 7th, at the Uintah County Heritage Museum during business hours and photographers of all skill levels and ages are invited to enter the competition. “This is the only juried photography show in the area,” shares festival director Ron Litton. “Photographers would have to go to the Wasatch Front to find another juried show and this is a great opportunity for locals to share their art and see how they stack up against each other.” The competition ranges from 75 to 120 entries each year and photographers have 4 categories and divisions to choose from. The judge this year is Amber Rust, a professional photographer out of Brigham City. Visit
