One local restaurant with deep roots is celebrating their heritage along with favorite local dishes. 85 years ago, Warren and Daisy Belcher opened a hot dog stand they called the “Grub Box” which was renamed the 7-11 Ranch Restaurant in 1949. Warren was celebrated this week at the restaurant by highlighting his Porky Burger and homemade sausage. The 7-11 Ranch Restaurant will be highlighting a different family member or employee every week, adding even more flavor to a favorite Basin stop.
