Uintah High School Baseball Coach Retires After 34 Years

On May 10th, the Uintah High Baseball team and supporters held a “Last Pitch” ceremony at the final regular season game. The game was between the Utes and the Tooele Buffaloes and the ceremony was to celebrate Coach Labrum. After 34 years leading the Utes on the diamond and 33 years teaching them in the classroom, Uintah High Coach Brent Labrum is retiring. During his coaching career, Coach Labrum has won over 390 games and three state titles, and worked with thousands of players. In a continuation of honoring Coach Labrum, the Utes advanced to the next round of the 5A playoffs to the super-regional round yesterday.
